Your information may also be transferred to the country where the organizer is based. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

DATA SHARING
The Smart Influencer may share my name, domain, and email address with sponsors and sponsor partners for networking purposes.


PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
By attending this event, I understand that photography, audio recording, and videography may take place. I grant consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and I allow The Smart Influencer and its affiliates to use this material for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. I waive any right to compensation or to review or approve the final use of these recordings.

CODE OF CONDUCT
The Smart Influencer is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for every attendee. By participating in this event, I agree to conduct myself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. The Smart Influencer reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct, without refund.

EVENT CHANGES
The Smart Influencer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or programming at any time without prior notice.

LIABILITY WAIVER
I understand that participation in this event is voluntary, and I assume all risks associated with my attendance. The Smart Influencer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of The Smart Influencer (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of war), The Smart Influencer reserves the right to reschedule, modify or cancel the event format (such as transitioning to a virtual experience) without issuing refunds.

TICKET REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 30 days before the event, and all transfer arrangements must be made and confirmed by the original ticket holder. The Smart Influencer is not responsible for facilitating or managing the transfer process.
